Several Documents were undates on the 6 May Court date. The Agreement Document and another document from the previous CJWF case. regarding LJF.

The Agreement superceaded this other previous document by a year. Both needed accompanying letters to put them in context and when they were signed. To do otherwise was misleadimg No mention of this previouse documentwas quoted in any corresponsence, even after 6 May. it always quoted the Agreement, To SM, to Bond Wolfe, to TDSF. and CJWF. I also believe it was the same with the bank and solicitors.

I think there was a fraudulent misrepesentation by Mr. Abrol to stop the Auction in order to coerce TDSF into believing the contract was at MAF's discretion not direction regarding the movement of properties in the Agreement to DFP or CP. Which confirmed his email to the auctioners previously.
